It's Shannon Pride (proud mother of Sugar),
just wanted to check in and let you know I've referred some
hopeful maltese owners your way. Everybody tells us how lovely she is!
Our groomer can not get over her coat and beautiful face
and the vet says she is absolute perfection and her quality of breeding shows!
Sugar has never had an accident and the litterbox training
has everybody just amazed. I could go on and on about how wonderful
she is and how much we appreciate your professionalism in sending us the best
maltese ever! We will forward video clips of Sugar and all of the
darling things our little CHERUB does to amuse us :).

Dear Dale,
Grace Kelly is such a delight. She is so sweet and loving and insists on greeting
absolutely EVERYBODY who walks by us on our walks so she can give them her licks
and love and of course she is the HIT of the marina. She is the alpha dog in the home
and funny enough (after all my concerns that she might be too petit and fragile for Samson, HA)
is strong enough to wrestle with Samson on her hind legs .... all day long.
She is also quite the thoroughbred and can run for miles at quite a clip.
She sure is getting us in shape!

Dale, Bill & I just wanted you to know
how much we love our little "Darby".
We came for Princess, but feel it was just
meant to be that we got your other little girl.
We just can't tell you how truly sweet she is
& she just took to us like she's been with us forever.
She's so grown up to be such a little bitty thing.
She made the trip back to Spfd. & never said a word
- she was so good - & the "puppy litter box"
was a miracle (we just couldn't believe this would work so well".
We did go to Pet Smart monday evening & got a little bit bigger pan
& they had the very same pine bark. She uses her box so good.
It's really un- believeable that you trained her so good.
Three of our neighbors have visited to see her & they
just can't believe that she is trained so good. Thank you again
for raising such a wonderful little girl & she will have
a wonderful home. It was nice meeting you -
you have a really beautiful kennel.

Hi Dale,
I have several cute pix I want to send so I'll be doing
a couple of separate emails to make it easier, hope thats ok.
First though, let me thank you for picking out our Riley for us,
he has lit up our home and our hearts. Such a good and sweet little boy,
with just the right amount of puppy rascal thrown in to make him perfect!
Since we've had him I've realized something, Maltese, although they don't
demand the very best, somehow you just can't imagine giving them anything less.
We've only had him a week and he already has several kinds of sweaters
and t-shirts and a lovely carrier on the way so I never have to go anywhere
without him unless absolutely necessary. We'll be ordering his car seat next!
He has fit into our routines so easily and after the first two nights has
slept through pretty much without a peep. We feel like he must have
been bred just for us and we love him totally. (Who would have thought
you could actually see a puppy grow in a week...but our little Riley
has a great appetite!). Thanks again for the trouble of waiting for us
that Fri., we're so happy it all worked out!

Hi Dale & Jane,
Just thought I'd send you a few pics of Demi........
she's doing fantastic! Everyone loves her!!
I just wanted to ask your advice on the AKC Health Insurance.
I think I told you we lost our 8 yr old, 'Snowflake', to
'necrotizing meningoencephalitis in Maltese dogs' last November.
The diagnostic tests were VERY expensive
not to mention the prescription medications. I will be having
Demi spayed sometime within the next 6 weeks and their
Wellness Plus plan would cover that plus a lot of other things.
Also, I would like for Demi to be a therapy dog.........
how does one get started with that?
Thank you both so much for letting us adopt 'Demi',
we were devastated when we lost 'Snowflake'.
Believe me, she keeps us entertained and very busy!!

Wanted to give you an update on our Kitsey.
She's doing great and everyone just loves her.
I took her to class with Dylan and myself yesterday
and played a bit with her. Did great on the table

Hi Dale,
Here's our baby now at 1 yr old!
Considering that she's still going to her groomer n hasn't taken a
bath yet, she surely is growing up to be so beautiful! She's so
active & healthy & lucky. We are all here at our mom's house coz it
is imperative that we celebrate her birthday tonite. I heard she even
invited all her friends.
Thought of taking a snap shot of her to let you know how well she's
being taken care of by my mom.

Here is a picture of our 8-month-old Jennie (4 lbs, 11 ounces)...
We kept her in her baby pen 2 extra months(with outings for play with us and supervised
play with Andy, the chin)... She and Andy are best friends. Jennie and Andy wrestle a lot;
but Jennie can hold her own, and will bite Andy's ears and tail or jump on his back
as they tug on a favorite toy...

Hi Dale & Jane,
Do you remember a puppy you named "Blizzard" that was born May 21st
of last year? I renamed him Presley. He topped out at exactly 5lbs.
and I kept his coat long because it's just so pretty. He is the best dog
and my little baby! I wanted to send some pictures of him.

Hi Dale,
My mom already has Jasmine's registration. I think she'll take care of
that- sending it to AKC. And the name Sugar, she calls every sweet little
girl Sugar, so Jasmine ended up with the name.

Anyway, I felt great when I heard the little girl bark as she played with my
mom. It only shows that she is indeed a very healthy girl and now, very
much settled with her. She follows her around and she's just so happy with
my mom and all her new stuffed toys. I think I saw 7 toys double her size,
one large one and one oversize one, as big as my bed. Your Jasmine is lucky
being my mom's only girl now! I heard her new play pen and her nice half
covered bed turned out to be just decors in my mom's room coz she's actually
sleeping in my mom's bed and she didn't need the playpen anymore as it's
either she follows her around the room or she is being carried out of the room.

So, THANKS AGAIN DALE!
You made my mom's happiness everyday more than worth
the value of your puppy! Meanwhile, I went to your website and saw people
so grateful of the puppies they got from you. I guess, it's worth placing
every email that I sent you about the baby, Jasmine, and my mom's joy from
the time of her arrival.

I ordered the Pet Silk products today. I got their White Coat series,
regular shampoo, tearless puppy for her face and the conditioner. I wasn't
sure if she would need conditioner, but I thought I'd get it just in case. We
have a whole house water conditioner that takes out all the chemicals. We put
that in after we got Gabbie because all the chlorine they put in our water
really dried her coat.

Hi Dale, Puppy arrived safe and sound and right on time.
She seems very well-adjusted and happy. She has eaten a little if I feed her
by hand, and we've been giving her the Nutrical. She didn't mess her cage
and has only gone once in the house. I think our litterbox has her confused
as we use paper and not litter. We're going to pick up some litter
tomorrow and see if that helps. Thank you so much! I think she'll be lovely.

Hi, this is Allison from New York who bought one of your puppies last February.
I named her Annabelle (since she is a southern belle, after all, coming all the way from Texas).
When we got her home the first night she had no problem trying to fit in with the two cats that were twice their size!
Now they all get along so great and chase each other around playing!!!
She is the most loving, friendly, outgoing little pup!
Everyone loves her and says how beautiful she is and how friendly she is.
She is absolutely perfect. Annabelle loves to cuddle at night.
I even taught her how to do a "puppy dance!".
I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you so much!!! She is my world.

Hey Dale and Jane,
We are having the time of our life with our new puppy
(we have named her Kayla). At first, we thought she might
be shy in a new home, but she has been extremely playful
and happy. She is the cutest thing we have ever seen, and she
seems to love her new home (although I'm not sure her Maltese
sisters are thrilled about all the attention she's getting.
I have some pictures of her attached, also I have a picture
of our other two maltese (KoKo and Krystal). Thanks again for
giving us the best puppy we could ever ask for.

Hi, Wanted to tell you that Dusty
attended his first puppy class and
was the star pupil. He was the youngest
of the 3 and certainly the smallest but quickly
learned to come, sit, stay and watch me. All day he
is coming up and sitting so he can get a treat.

Dear Connie, Thanks so much for
the pictures. They are so cute just like
he is in real life. I have located a place is
Austin that is carrying 2 pound bags of the
Bil-jac so we will get down there and get him some
tomorrow. He likes it and is certainly doing well so
don't see any reason to change. He has settled down
so nicely and loves to play but will go into his pen
now without barking and fussing. We have given him his first
bath and he was so cooperative and he didn't fuss at all.
You have certainly raised a well behaved boy for us.
We are really enjoying him and wondering what we did with
our time before he joined us! Slept last nite from 9:30 to
6:00 AM. That is great so progress is being made.
